General
  1. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) facility available?
  2. AsiaTick Auto does not offer COD facility. All orders are pre-paid.
  3. Do I need to give GST number if I am a reseller?
  4. No, it is not mandatory to share GST number but it is advisable. If you wish to become wholesaler/dealer to AsiaTick Auto and avail products at wholesale/dealer prices, sharing GST number is mandatory.
  5. I am already into Car accessories business. Can I purchase products at wholesale prices?
  6. You must get yourself registered as a reseller on the platform to purchase products at wholesale prices.
Sign up and Log in
  1. I have not received OTP
  2. While signing up, AsiaTick Auto sends OTP on the mobile number that you enter at the time of signing up that you must enter to register on the platform. If you do not receive OTP, please check the following-

    a. You have not activated DND on your phone
    b. SPAM folder (if you have one)
    c. Mobile network

    If you still have any problem receiving OTP, please write to us at support@asiatick.com
  3. Can I edit phone no and/or email id
  4. Yes, the platform allows you to edit/update your phone number and/or email id. You need to be logged in to do so. Go to Settings >My profile and you may update your phone number and/or email id.
  5. Forgot password
  6. Forgot your password? No worries! Simply click on “forgot password” while signing in. Enter your registered phone number or email id and you will receive OTP/link to reset your password.
  7. Can I change password?
  8. Yes, you may change password by visiting Settings > Change password.
Cancelling order
  1. Can I cancel my order?
  2. You may cancel your order until it is shipped by AsiaTick Auto. Once the order has been shipped (you may see details in “My Orders”), the order cannot be cancelled.
  3. If I cancel my order, when can I expect refund?
  4. If you cancel your order, it usually takes 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed.
Tracking order
  1. How can I track my order?
  2. To track status of your order, you must be signed in on the platform. Go to “My Orders”. The page will display status of all your orders.
Exchange or returns
  1. Can I exchange/refund the product(s) I purchased?
  2. We operate at ex-factory prices. Product(s) once bought cannot be exchanged. We do not accept returns.
After sales and Warranty
  1. Do the products offered on the platform come with warranty?
  2. Most of the products on the platform do not come with warranty. Those that do come with warranty, it is specifically mentioned in the product details. The warranty is however, NOT offered by AsiaTick Auto. The warranty is against any manufacturing defect and is offered by the manufacturer. For more details, you must check the details with the manufacturer directly.
