SMS and WhatsApp

In order to make communication easier with the users, we send SMS (and/or whatsapp messages on mobile number that the user provides while registering on the platform, or later, when the user updates the information).

By using the platform, the user agrees to allow us to send and receive messages through SMS and/or whatsApp.

We may send messages regarding registration on the platform, products in your cart, your order status, promotional information/messages, and any other communication.

If you wish to stop receiving messages from AsiaTick, you may do so by blocking the number on the device/application or you may write to us at support@asiatick.com.

SMS and whatsapp facility has been added to the platform for improved user experience.
